We are open 24 hours a day, every day of the year — Monday through Sunday, with no regular closing day. That makes this one of the few Itaewon restaurants you can walk into late at night or just before sunrise. Hours can change, so for a very late visit it is worth calling +82-507-1351-6817 first.

It means applying both dry aging and wet aging to the same cut. The line at the top of our menu board reads: “All meats are cross-aged using [DRY AGING + WET AGING].” Dry aging drives off moisture and concentrates flavour; wet aging keeps the juices in. At this Itaewon Korean BBQ we give that process 480 hours.

For two, the Kim Sukseong Special 2 (550g, ₩56,000); for three or four, Special 1 (800g, ₩81,000). Both build on the thick 2cm pork neck and add aged pork belly and gabrisal. If you prefer single cuts, the aged pork belly (160g, ₩17,000) and gabrisal (150g, ₩19,000) are the ones to get — and almost everyone finishes with the spicy marinated crab rice (₩9,000).

Yes — two Hanwoo 1++ cuts: chuck flap (110g, ₩49,000) and neck chain (130g, ₩29,000). Pork is Korean Han-don and beef is Hanwoo only; the origin line is printed at the bottom of the menu board. Having both on one grill is what sets this Itaewon Korean BBQ apart from pork-only Itaewon restaurants.

Yes — the board is printed in Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese, and all four hang in the store. Switch the language on this site's menu page and you will see the scan of that exact board. Itaewon draws visitors from everywhere, so all four languages are kept on hand.

Plenty. Spicy marinated crab rice (₩9,000), pork kimchi stew (₩9,000), beef brisket soybean paste stew (₩9,000), pork-loaded jjapaghetti (₩10,000), and minari bibim noodles, cold noodle soup and blue crab ramen at ₩7,000 each. At lunch there is also the pork-loaded kimchi stew special (₩10,000) — so it works as a plain meal stop too, not only as a Korean BBQ night out.
